What could the digital health incentive be worth?
The Digital Health Incentive Scheme pays a health facility for qualifying digital health records created under ABDM, after deducting a monthly baseline. This estimates the arithmetic at your volumes.

An estimate at the rates and volumes you entered, not a promise of payment. Whether a facility actually receives anything depends on registration in the Health Facility Registry, KYC and bank details, records that qualify under the current policy, claim submission, verification, and the payment cycle, none of which this page can check.
How the baseline works
A fixed number of records each month is deducted before anything is paid, and it is taken from the lowest-value records first. That detail is why the scheme is worth calculating rather than guessing: at low volumes the baseline can consume the whole entitlement, and just above it the marginal record is worth the full rate.
Before you rely on a number
- The rates and the baseline are set by policy and are revised. Check the current National Health Authority notification rather than this page.
- Payment depends on facility registration, KYC and bank details, qualifying records, claim submission, verification and the payment cycle.
- Being able to create records is not the same as being entitled to be paid for them.
