What it does today
- One invoice per visit, with line-level tax and a running balance
- A GST tax invoice: the CGST and SGST split or IGST, place of supply, both GSTINs and HSN or SAC per line
- A monthly GSTR-1 and GSTR-3B prepared from your own bills and purchases, ready for your accountant to check and file. Nirogix does not file them for you
- Part payments recorded against the invoice, with a collections trail
- Consultation, pharmacy, and lab charges landing on the same bill
- A services and procedures catalog, and manual invoices built line by line

On the platform core
Billing & Payments runs on the shared platform: tenant isolation, role-based access, audit logging, and notifications are already there. You enable the module and it works with the rest of the hospital’s data.
