What it does today
- Reception check-in that opens the visit and its token
- Live queue with the consultation status on every row, in the order the front desk sets
- Call next in that order, and a patient who is not there moved back without a new token
- A full-screen queue board for a staff screen or a TV run from a desk computer
- A draft consultation-fee invoice opened automatically at check-in
- Payment before consultation, enforced on the server so the journey cannot be skipped
