What it does today
- Consultation screen with vitals, notes, and ICD-10-CM diagnosis lookup
- The patient's medical, medication, family and personal history, taken once and kept current
- General examination signs, mental status, and a follow-up printed on the prescription
- Prescriptions and lab orders raised from the consultation itself
- Department referrals raised from the consultation and checked in against the same chart
- Sign-off that closes the encounter for editing
- Clinical pathways for common conditions across 24 specialties, offered unticked until the doctor chooses
- A structured specialty form, set up with you at onboarding, that locks with the signed note
- A trend chart of any vital sign across visits, and fifty clinical calculators in the consultation
- Dictation in Chrome or Edge, in English and nine Indian languages
