What it does today
- Consultation screen with vitals, notes, and ICD-10 diagnosis lookup
- The patient's medical, medication, family and personal history, taken once and kept current
- General examination signs, mental status, and a follow-up printed on the prescription
- Prescriptions and lab orders raised from the consultation itself
- Department referrals raised from the consultation and checked in against the same chart
- Sign-off that closes the encounter for editing

Clinical Workflow (EMR) runs on the shared platform: tenant isolation, role-based access, audit logging, and notifications are already there. You enable the module and it works with the rest of the hospital’s data.
