What it does today
- A fleet register with insurance and fitness dates, and a tariff per ambulance
- A crew register of drivers, technicians, nurses and doctors with license dates
- Calls taken at the desk and an ambulance sent in the same step
- Each trip followed from dispatch to pickup to arrival, with the time of every step
- An ambulance with lapsed papers, or a driver with a lapsed license, is never sent
- The trip charged to the patient's bill from the tariff and the odometer

Ambulance & Fleet runs on the shared platform: tenant isolation, role-based access, audit logging, and notifications are already there. You enable the module and it works with the rest of the hospital’s data.
