Interoperability is a design commitment, and this page is explicit about where it stands: ICD-10-CM coding, transactional email, and SMS and WhatsApp through your hospital's own accounts work today; ABDM is built and awaiting NHA certification; FHIR APIs, imaging, payment gateways and accounting export are planned scope from our product plan.
Every module marked Built is implemented and in verification ahead of our first release; none is yet running in a paying customer’s hospital. Everything marked Awaiting certification is built and tested but waits on an outside certification, and everything marked Planned is scheduled scope from our product plan. Neither is something you can use today.
Health standards
HL7 FHIR R4
PlannedThe clinical core is modeled on FHIR (Practitioner / PractitionerRole) so the FHIR R4 APIs and bundles can sit on top of it. The APIs are Phase 3 scope.
ICD-10-CM diagnosis coding
BuiltA checked list of common ICD-10-CM codes on the consultation screen, stored with the encounter. ICD-11 is planned.
SNOMED CT & LOINC

India digital health
ABDM & ABHA
Awaiting certificationABHA creation and verification, and consent-based record sharing and requests, are built and have run end to end in the NHA sandbox. They await NHA certification, so no hospital can use them yet. A patient's ABHA number can already be recorded against their file.

Transactional email through MSG91, behind one provider abstraction, with idempotency on every send.
