Who it is for
BuiltOne doctor, one assistant, and no software project.
Register a patient, write the consultation, print the prescription, take the payment. On the same platform a 200-bed hospital runs, not a cut-down copy of it.

A solo practice needs four things from software and is usually sold fourteen. The four are: find the patient quickly, write the note without fighting the screen, hand over a prescription that looks professional, and take the money.
What you get
The clinic core, sized to one consulting room.
- Patient registration with a unique ID and duplicate detection
- Appointments against your own weekly availability
- Check-in and a token queue, even for a single room
- The consultation record, signed, with coded diagnoses
- Prescriptions printed on your own letterhead
- An invoice and a payment record, with an end-of-day report
- Your assistant’s own login. There is no seat fee, so nobody shares yours
What it will not ask of you
No per-doctor pricing, no seat count, no upgrade fee, and no self-serve setup wizard that leaves your price list half-configured. Onboarding is guided by us, and it is included.
How it runs
- 01
Set up once
Your services and prices, your availability, your letterhead. Guided, and included.
- 02
Every day
Register or find the patient, check them in, write and sign the note, print, take payment.
- 03
Every evening
One end-of-day report tells you what came in.
What this does not do
There are no automated reminders yet, and no WhatsApp. If your practice runs on sending prescriptions and reports over WhatsApp, that is not built. There is also no drug interaction checking behind the prescription, and the drug list is your own catalog, and the software does the arithmetic, not the pharmacology.
The modules behind it
Patient Management
BuiltOne record per patient, from first visit onward.
Appointment Management
BuiltBooking against a doctor's slots, without double-booking.
Clinical Workflow (EMR)
BuiltConsultation notes, ICD-10 coding, and prescriptions.
Billing & Payments
BuiltOne invoice across consultation, pharmacy, and lab.
Questions we are asked
Is this too much software for one doctor?
It is the same platform, with fewer modules turned on. You do not see an inpatient menu you will never use, because entitlement decides what exists for you rather than what is hidden.
Do I pay per doctor?
No. Users are unlimited on every plan. Your assistant, your receptionist and you each get an account, and nobody shares a login to save money.
Can I start alone and add staff later?
Yes. Adding a user is adding a user. Adding a module is turning it on.
What if I want to leave?
You take your data and we do not charge you for it. Report export works today and broader export is scheduled; either way it is never a line item.
