- Therapeutic diets prescribed against the admission, with calorie, protein and fluid targets
- A change of diet kept on record beside the one it replaced
- Food allergies shown beside every diet and every tray
- Meal rounds prepared from the diets in force, nothing by mouth left out
- Each tray recorded sent, served or not taken with the reason
