- Breakdowns reported by the ward, with the device taken out of use until it works again
- Preventive maintenance planned and completed as work orders, with the cost
- Calibrations with the laboratory and the certificate; a failure takes the device out of service
- What is overdue or due within the fortnight, read from the records
