Module
BuiltSpecialty Clinical
Twenty-three specialty modules, from pediatrics, obstetrics and dentistry to cardiology, oncology and dialysis, each switched on per hospital.
What it does today
- Pediatrics: a summary at the top of the consultation, with corrected age for a preterm baby
- Birth and feeding history, and a 63-item developmental milestone checklist
- Growth measurements plotted against age, with the change per month between visits
- Growth charts against the WHO reference: weight, height, BMI and head circumference, birth to nineteen, with the centile and z-score for the latest reading
- A clinic-wide board of children overdue or due for a vaccination, and a printed card for the parent
- Weight-based dosing on the prescription, checked against a ceiling you supply
- ENT: a structured ear, nose and throat examination in the consultation, and office procedures such as microsuction and foreign body removal
- Audiograms entered per ear, drawn to the standard convention with the pure tone average, and printed as a report
- General medicine: chronic condition registers with each patient's own targets, showing who is controlled and who is overdue for review
- Risk scores and care-plan goals kept on the patient record
- Obstetrics: the pregnancy as one record, with antenatal visits, scans, risk reviews, the delivery and postnatal visits filed under it
- Gynecology: menstrual history, cervical and breast screening with a recall date, contraception, the infertility workup with follicle tracking, and office procedures
- Dentistry: a dental chart by FDI tooth and surface, the history of each tooth, procedures by sitting, and treatment plans by phase
- Orthopedics, Rheumatology and Physical Therapy: joint and spine examinations, range of motion in degrees, fractures and implants, 28-joint counts, DMARD monitoring, therapy plans with their sessions, and a printed home exercise program
- Psychiatry and Neurology: a structured mental status examination and risk assessment, PHQ-9 and GAD-7, therapy notes behind their own permission, a structured neurological examination, NIHSS and GCS, seizure and headache diaries, and stroke records
- Cardiology and Ophthalmology: NYHA and CCS class, ECG, echo, treadmill and Holter reports, cardiac risk scores stored with their inputs, acuity, refraction and pressure for each eye, and a printed spectacle prescription
- Pulmonology, Nephrology and Urology: spirometry and peak flow trends, printed asthma and COPD action plans, sleep studies, CKD reviews with eGFR trends, dialysis sessions, vascular access, transplant follow-up, uroflowmetry, and stone and PSA surveillance
- Endocrinology, Gastroenterology, Hematology, Oncology, Infectious Disease, and Allergy and Immunology: insulin titration and thyroid reviews, endoscopy reports, MELD and Child-Pugh, the INR clinic, staging as the clinician records it, chemotherapy cycles and toxicity grades, TB and HIV care, skin prick tests and immunotherapy doses
- In every specialty module: a due list of who is overdue or due soon, trends of its measurements, and every record corrected under a version or voided, never deleted
- Enabled per hospital: a specialty module is switched on at onboarding, not by default

On the platform core
Specialty Clinical runs on the shared platform: tenant isolation, role-based access, audit logging, and notifications are already there. You enable the module and it works with the rest of the hospital’s data.
