What it does today
- Care tasks planned per patient, once, at an interval or at set times each day, and stopped rather than edited
- A nursing round of every admitted patient with what is due, overdue and coming up, the most overdue first
- A medication administration record transcribed from the doctor’s Rx sheet, which it never changes
- Every dose charted as given, held, refused, missed or not available, with the reason
- The patient’s allergies shown above the Rx sheet and the administration record
