Module
BuiltICU Management
An hour-by-hour monitoring chart against the limits the doctor set, every critical care bed on one board, and ventilation from intubation to extubation.
What it does today
- An ICU board of every patient in a critical care ward, those outside their limits first
- A bedside monitoring chart: vital signs plus arterial pressure, CVP, EtCO₂, sedation score and pupils, charted by the nurse
- Alarm limits set by the doctor for each patient, every reading flagged against the limits in force when it was charted
- Ventilation episodes (invasive, non-invasive and high-flow oxygen) with a ventilator chart and its derived P/F ratio, driving pressure and compliance
- ICU vital signs shared with the nursing chart, so a patient’s trends stay in one place

On the platform core
ICU Management runs on the shared platform: tenant isolation, role-based access, audit logging, and notifications are already there. You enable the module and it works with the rest of the hospital’s data.
