Hospital reporting answers three questions: what came in, what is outstanding, and what is going wrong. A three-hundred-report catalog is a poor substitute for the handful that get opened every day.
What is built
Deliberately few, and each one earns its place.
- A collections report showing what was collected, by mode
- An end-of-day report
- Pending laboratory work, so nothing sits unclaimed
- A dashboard whose tiles are permission-gated, so a tile you cannot act on is not rendered
- Every table exports the columns you can see(planned)

What this does not do
There is no report builder, no scheduled delivery, and no cross-branch rollup, so a group cannot currently see across its own branches. Doctor-wise revenue, the report most owners ask for first, is not built. Broad CSV export from any table is planned rather than shipped: report export works, table export does not.
Questions we are asked
Can we build our own reports?
No. There is no report builder, and there is not one planned for the near term. What is planned is the specific reports hospitals keep asking for, built properly.
Can a group see across its branches?
Not yet. Reporting is branch-scoped today; cross-branch analytics is scheduled with the group work.
Can we export?
Reports export to CSV. Exporting straight from any table is planned. Either way, we never charge for getting your data out.
Does the dashboard show everyone the same thing?
No. A tile a user has no permission to act on is not rendered for them, and a tile is only clickable when the click has a genuine destination.
